This sale of assets includes full ownership of www.woolshed.co.uk website and full ownership of trademark. All trade accounts contact lists, retailers, knitters, rights to all patterns and also rights to Liberty at woolshed. This includes all rights to patterns, access to London factory, lists of retailers, customers as well as access to tradeshows on merit of previous exhibitions. Inc. Pulse, Top Drawer, Bubble, ELDS, Country Living. And potential for Knitting Book publications, TV and film connections .Regular publicity in magazines, inc. Junior, easy living, Country Living etc.

Woolshed includes:

Trademark registered setting up and costs for 3 years

Accounts with Rowan and all necessary suppliers inc, button supplies, labels, stationary.

Contact list customers over 5 years

Contact list magazines already established

Contact list retailers inc V&A, Fenwicks,and others
