Delivery details
UK:
Under £25 - Standard delivery by Royal Mail, £3.00. Allow 7-14 days. No signature required.

Over £25 - Standard delivery/recorded post by Royal Mail or Parcel Net, £4.50. Allow 14-21 days. Signature required.

Europe:
EU countries only
Registered post, £6.00. Allow 21 days. Signature requried.

USA and Rest of World:
Including non-EU European countries
Under £100 - International signed for post, £8.00. Allow 28 days.
Over £100 - International signed for post, £12.00. Allow 28 days.
USA ONLY option - FED Ex, £15.00.

Returns and refunds
We are confident you will love your purchase from woolshed, but if for any reason you wish to return them we'll happily exchange or refund your money. All returned items must be in re-saleable condition, in their original packaging and returned within 14 days of cancellation with postage paid by the customer. Please inform us by e-mail, telephone +44 (0) 208 444 8529 +44 (0) 20 8444 8529 (Mon- Fri 9am-8pm & Sats 10am-6pm) or post that you intend to return goods within 5 days of receipt.

Any details you give to us when placing a telephone order will be kept securely and destroyed once they are no longer needed. Some wool/cotton batches may vary in colour. Where we have given you photographs of certain batches of wool, please do not expect them to be an exact match. They will not vary on your garments.
